By engaging with our specialized gaming applications, you acknowledge that SkyVera is an optimized environment designed for high-performance interaction. Users are prohibited from utilizing third-party scripts, latency-manipulation software, or any mechanism that bypasses our standard hardware thermal limits. We monitor platform telemetry to ensure equal competitive standing for all Italian eSports participants.

The intellectual property contained within our applications—including engine architecture, bespoke visual assets, and UI logic—remains the exclusive property of SkyVera. Unauthorized reverse engineering or extraction of assets constitutes a breach of this protocol and may lead to immediate hardware-level termination of access.

User Obligations & Conduct

Competitive integrity is the bedrock of the SkyVera standard. Users are expected to maintain professional conduct within all multiplayer modules. Trade-offs between visual fidelity and frame rate are at the user's discretion, provided they stay within the verified parameters of our SDK.

SkyVera reserves the right to modify service availability based on regional server load across Italy. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, periodic maintenance windows are necessary to scale our infrastructure for the 2026 gaming roadmap.
